- Is this tour suitable for wheelchair users?
Yes, this tour could be suitable for wheelchair users as well. If you have mobility issues, please, we ask you to promptly notify our office, in order to arrange the best itinerary for you.
- What happens if I’m running late for the tour ?
We recommend maximum punctuality for this tour as pre-booked tickets have a specific entrance time with a tolerance of only 10 minutes. Arriving late means extending the waiting time or even risking not being able to access the site.
- Is there any dress code restriction or suggestion for this tour?
The Vatican Museums have very strict regulations regarding dress code. It is important to keep your shoulders and legs covered (both men and women). It is not permitted to wear shorts or skirts above ankle length. Using hats is not allowed inside the Museum.
- What can I bring with me inside the Vatican Museums?
At the entrance, visitors are checked with a metal detector: if you have objects with you that are forbidden inside the Museums you will be forced to store them in the luggage storage. It is forbidden to bring inside food, drinks and suitcases.
- Can I bring my dog with me during the tour?
The Vatican Museums do not allow dogs of any size inside, unless they are assistance animals for disabled and blind people.
- Do you accept the RomaPass for Vatican tickets?
No. As this tour includes all tickets, no tickets or passes other than those we provide to you directly can be used.
- How can I reach the Vatican Museums by public transport?
The closest metro stop is called Ottaviano on the line A, about a 7-minute walk from the entrance. The Vatican Museums can also be reached by the Tram line n.19 stopping at Piazza Risorgimento / S.Pietro.
