Important information

  • The Pompeii site is vast and also very exposed with minimal shade, so it is advisable to use sunscreen and wear a hat.
  • Make sure to bring plenty of water.
  • We organise a special itinerary for wheelchair users.
  • You should use closed shoes and not flip-flops, as it can be difficult to walk around the excavations of Pompeii in open shoes.
  • The tour guide will be happy to help you take group photos and give you any necessary information about the site that you might want to ask.
  • Bags, backpacks, suitcases and suitcases larger than 30x30x15 cm are prohibited inside Pompeii and Herculaneum.
